Supervision.

Elizabeth is a Board Approved Supervisor available for external supervision to Clinical Psychology Registrars, 5+1, 4+2 & experienced psychologists.

 

Supervision Topics:

• Navigating the registrar program, early career & career planning

• Working with high risk presentations (self-harm & suicidality) and supporting parents/family with risk

• Working therapeutically with neurodivergent people (ADHD, ASD, AuDHD)

• Supporting gender diverse clients (gender affirming mental health care, understanding transitioning & related topics/processes, support with surgical readiness referrals)

• Trauma-informed practice, working with relational trauma & relational dynamics in the therapy room

• Thoughtful formulation & case conceptualisation

• Individual therapy (from start to finishing well)

• Group therapy (inpatient & outpatient groups, reading the room & managing fluctuating engagement; group structure, topic content & facilitation issues; group dynamics incl. considering needs of the group vs. individuals, working with cohesion, resistance, conflict & ruptures)

Wednesday & Thursday (in person or online), Friday (online only).

Fees:

One-off specialty supervision or initial supervision session - $270 incl. GST

 

Ongoing supervision - If you're interested in ongoing supervision, are on a low income & have found supervision costs prohibitive please advise as reduced fees can be discussed during the first supervision session.
